Terms of service

These terms cover the hosted CodeSync SI service at codesyncsi.com. The open-source engine is also available under the repository license when you run it yourself.

The service

A paid plan lets you create projects up to that plan's limit and run the engine. The current limits are published on the pricing page and enforced by the API. We can suspend an account that uploads code it has no right to process, or that uses the service to attack other systems.

Your code

You keep the rights to code you upload. You grant us permission to store it and run the engine on it for the features you start. Safe repair output is a suggestion until you merge it. You are responsible for reviewing generated files and pull requests.

Plans and cancellation

Fees are monthly in US dollars, charged by Stripe. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel in the billing portal. Downgrading below your active project count blocks new work until you archive projects. The refund policy describes the 14-day first-invoice window.

Availability

Workers AI model ids change. If a configured model errors, the run records the error. We do not promise a particular model will exist forever. Set HOSTED_MODEL_* to an id your Cloudflare account can run.
