Desktop app for the machine where the code already lives.

The Electron app is CodeSync SI. Installers are published with the desktop package command and are not attached by CI. When a release exists, it is on GitHub Releases. You can also place an installer in the downloads bucket and open it from /downloads/<file>.

Until an installer is attached to a release, clone the repo and run .\start.ps1 on Windows. Ollama at localhost:11434 is the default model. The desktop app is free. Hosted plans are $30, $50, and $80 per month.
