What safe repair changes
Safe repair in CodeSync SI removes debugger statements and renames unused bindings. It does not install packages or rewrite a module.

Ollama on a small machine
Use qwen2.5-coder:1.5b when RAM is tight, or qwen2.5-coder:7b when you have about 8 GB. CodeSync SI does not require a paid key for Ollama.

How hosted plans are enforced
Standard, Expert, and Extreme limits are checked on the server: projects, monthly runs, upload size, history, seats, and features such as audit and pull requests.

Local model vs the hosted desk
Local CodeSync SI keeps the repository on your machine and uses Ollama. The hosted desk stores projects in R2 and bills a monthly plan.
